(More customer reviews)Before ordering this unit I spoke with a Safe-T-Alert representative. She assured me that this unit was a direct replacement for the CCI unit that was in my RV. It is not. I needed to rout out the oopening on two sides and narrow it slightly on one side. However, except for the woodworking, it was easy to install and works well. As long as they continue to make this unit and keep the sizes the same I will buy replacements was each age out. If it fit exactly in the openning as I was led to believe I would have rated it 5 stars.
