(More customer reviews)You would not believe the ear splitting alarm this thing produces. I'm afraid to set it to 'sensitive,' because if the wind blew on the door or if someone knocked while you were sleeping it would probably give both of you a heart attack.
The medium sensitivity is good and having a door stop while out vacationing, against your garage side door, etc., is a good safety measure.
It would take a burglar with nerves of steel to set this thing off, then continue to try breaking into your house/room. I knew when I was setting it off and it still scared me.

Simply place the alarm behind any door. If an intruder attempts to open the door, the wedge-shaped design and non-skid pad on the bottom of the unit will prevent it from opening and activate a 118 dB alarm, which will scare off the would-be intruder and alert you to the attempted entry.
