A few months after I bought this system our power went out and and it ran during a storm, but now the battery won't seem to charge. Their customer support has been really poor - won't acknowledge it isn't working and can't seem to get them to honor the warranty. Should have gottten a water-powered pump or a more reliable system, as it is right now I don't trust it.
