(More customer reviews)A few months after I bought this system our power went out and and it ran during a storm, but now the battery won't seem to charge. Their customer support has been really poor - won't acknowledge it isn't working and can't seem to get them to honor the warranty. Should have gottten a water-powered pump or a more reliable system, as it is right now I don't trust it.

Pumps up to 33.3 GPM, or 16.7 GPM at a 10' lift. Runs over 6 hours continuously on a single charge with the Basement Watchdog standby battery, model No. 30HDC1405 (not included). Monitoring system alerts you when battery is discharged or defective, terminals are corroded, pump has been activated, AC power is out, or charger is unplugged. Exclusive fluid sensor alerts you when the battery needs water. Float switch is compact, dependable, and will not get in the way of the main pump. 1 year warranty.
