(More customer reviews)We've had Lasershield for a bit more than a year and generally we're satisfied with it. However, the fobs that arm and disarm the system could use some improvement. The buttons don't always make contact: you have to push them from several different angles to make them work. This is especially disconcerting when you inadvertently walk into the alarm zone when the alarm is armed. We've also found that the fobs are not anywhere near as resistant to damage by dropping as the ones that lock and unlock your car (at least the GM ones). Lasershield would be well advised to provide a means of arming/disarming the alarm without the fob, and making the fobs more durable.
