I am very happy with my BlueMax Sunrise System. It was easy to program and the light really is very bright, simulating sunrise. It can be set to gradually lighten the room, so it is very pleasant to wake up to, no need to activate the alarm sound, but that option is available. I've wanted one for years as I am one with SAD.

The new model 320 is the brightest BlueMax™ dawn simulator. The integral lamp mimics a natural morning sunrise or evening sunset using long-life LED bulbs. Set to suit your own pattern of waking and sleeping. For dawn simulation it will reach full brightness at the wake up time you have chosen.
