(More customer reviews)Bought one of these and it installed easy enough. The charging unit lasted one year and two months, just in time to fail for the spring thaws and rains. Tried email correspondence per their website to purchase just that piece and was told to call the 1-800 number that there was testing I needed to do. Sat on hold for 45 minutes, at my work, on manufacturer customer service line and call was not answered. The line is not available after 6PM EST so calling from home is not an option. Tried email again to purchase the charging unit and again referred to customer service line.
Yanked it out and replaced it with one from another manufacturer. I need peace of mind to know my finised basement will not be ruined.
