(More customer reviews)I work for a HVAC company and we started using these pumps about a year ago. After about 5 months of use we started getting call backs with failed pumps. Currently we have had around 10 pumps fail out of around 30 installed and we just had another one fail last week. Our distributor told us that Diversitech said they are not having any issues with the pumps which is the typical crap you get from companies that are having problems with their products. We are no longer using these pumps and we did get our money back for the pumps; however, we did not get any money back for our time to go out and replace the pumps.
