(More customer reviews)Poorly made. Manufacturer doesn't warrantee the safe beyond 1 year from date of purchase. Safe had been in use for about 18 months. It was rarely opened and never burglarized. Upon opening I noticed a small metal cylinder lying in the safe. It's the left side hinge piece that should be welded to the steel frame! A call for help to the manufacturer yields no help.
This critical component should not have failed. The manufacturer should have been concerned and curious to see this failure to improve the quality control to insure that their wall safes are durable. Instead, I've got a safe that's falling apart on its own.
