This unique talking clock will light up automatically when you pick it up. Simply touch the top cap and you will hear the time and temperature. If that weren't enough, it's also a handy flashlight for emergencies, or just for those late night wanderings. Pick it up , it will light up automatically. Put it down ,it is off .Works like your refrigerator door. Never have to worry about changing batteries or light bulbs all the timeSenior citizens love it! Waking up in the middle of the night, they can easily pick up the unit, which lights automatically take it to the kitchen or bathroom without disturbing others. Or, the tap the top and they know the time and temperature.Datexx puts not one, but three LEDs in this unit, so it's very, very bright. Pick it up, or knock it over and the light comes on. Set it down, and it goes off automatically. Just 3 AAA batteries to run the light. And, 2 more AAA batteries will run the talking clock for close to a year. The LED light bulbs probably will never need replacing because it's rated at 100,000 hours. Unit operates with 5 AAA batteries (not included).
