(More customer reviews)I have installed a few of these type of pumps now and have always found issues with the float mechanism. Before purchasing the Liberty, I posted a question to them and received a phone call within 2 hours where the tech spent over 20 minutes talking to me about the product and potential points of failure and ease of repair in case of failure. I was very impressed and purchased the pump - easy installation, works very reliably (in test mode - hope it never actually has to pull the load of a failed main pump), and should provide years of trouble-free service.
