(More customer reviews)This smoke/heat detector was new, sealed in the manufacturer's box. It was sold by an amazon associate, so delivery was not quite so quick as amazon, but reasonable, and well packaged. I added this to an existing Ademco Vista-20p security panel. Configuring it is not for the faint of heart, but if you're comfortable with doing that, I recommend this source for the detector.

It is intended for use with any 5800 Series Wireless Receiver/Transceiver for residential installations (for commercial installations, the 5881ENHC or the 5883H receiver is required).
