This product has been a profound disappointment because my expectations were based on Alarm Lock's marketing materials and what seems to have been a mistaken understanding that it isn't 1995 anymore.
The physical operation of the lock and its capabilities are fine, but the configuration steps necessary to get to an operational state in a multi-user environment are terrible. The DL-Windows software provided as a means of PC based configuration is a joke. This software would have been outdated 10 years ago and is a complete technology failure in 2011.
My suggestion would be to closely review the DL-Windows user guide, available at alarmlock.com, before purchasing this product with any expectations of PC configuration.
